Sonic Meridian Flush – In Person
This 90-minute Spa-Like Tuning Session is a calming treatment using weighted forks and crystals on the body to open energy pathways and balance the nervous system. Deeply relaxing and restorative, it may also trigger emotional release or detox as energy flow increases. Essential oils, salt lamps & grounding bowls may also be utilized during these sessions.

Adrenal Rhythm Reset (ARR) – In Person or Remote
This session targets the adrenal glands to support and balance the body’s stress response. The left adrenal connects to physical stress, while the right relates to emotional stress. This session helps release energetic patterns of chronic stress and restore your natural rhythm. It can shift energy from exhaustion to renewal. By harmonizing these energy pathways, ARR can promote a more grounded, calm, and resilient state. Sessions often leave clients feeling deeply restored, relaxed, and renewed. 3 sessions Minimum.

What to Expect During a Biofield Tuning Session
During a Biofield Tuning session, clients remain fully clothed and can either lie comfortably on a massage table or sit in a chair. Weighted tuning forks that provide deeper felt vibrations are gently placed on specific areas of the body. Unweighted tuning forks provide audible tones & are moved through the biofield—the energetic field surrounding the body—in a technique called "combing." This process helps to identify and release areas of dissonance or stuck energy. Tuning forks act like a “needle on a record,” allowing the body to “hear” where energetic blocks exist. They emit coherent frequencies that help to entrain and realign disrupted or chaotic energy patterns, encouraging the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony.
During the session clients may experience subtle sensations such as warmth, pulsing, or waves of energy moving through their body. Emotional releases such as tearfulness or heightened feelings can also occur. Many clients find the experience deeply relaxing, often drifting into sleep.
Typically, the practitioner follows a carefully developed protocol created by Eileen McKusick, working through specific interventions to clear energetic blockages. At the end of the session, a closing sequence is performed, and clients receive guidance on post-session care.
How To Prepare for a Biofield Tuning Session

Post Session Advice

Make time for a salt bath or foot soak within 24 hours of the session;

Practice Grounding: walk or stand barefoot on the earth on sand, soil or grass; practice slow intentional breaths, bring awareness back to the body; gentle stretching and movement;

Rest, relax, process and integrate any shifts in perspective;

Be mindful of heightened emotional states, energetic or physical shifts;

Avoid over stimulation & limit screen time;

Journal & reflect on your impressions of the session;

Observe for heightened emotional states & recalling past memories;

Follow up with the Practitioner with questions & for additional sessions.
